When you have a wide choice of recipes available to you, choosing the best option based on which is "better" nutritionally is not immediately simple to do. The system provides a tool to enable you to do exactly that.
On the Recipes main menu you will find an option; "Compare Nutrition".
At the top, you select any one of the recipe folders available to you, including those in the Set cookbook - or - you can enter a search keyword to find any recipes matching that keyword.
The list of recipes selected by the above will then be shown along with the nutrient values for each of your selected nutrient preferences (your nutrient preferences are available to you under the Account / My Preferences option).
The table of recipes can be sorted by any of the nutrient columns by clicking on the column header (the nutrient name). Click once to sort in ascending order and click again to sort in descending order.
With this tool is it easy to identify recipes that are low (or high) in any particular nutrient.
As with the Bulk Price Change tool, this page also has the action button at the bottom labeled "Menu builder". This feature allows you to add any of the recipes above, selected by clicking in their tick-boxes at the left hand side, into a menu. This feature is described in another topic under the Menu Tools tutorial section.
